The thing is - even if you get all that from one trinket in one slot, do you really benefit from a healing item in the other slot as much as you would benefit from +damage, +stun, +virtue, +scouting or whatever else you could come up with? Not really, IMO. (You might want to put the Vestal in Pos 3 and give the Eye to someone else in Pos 4, but that's kinda the only reason not to stick it on your Vestal automatically). ![]() ![]() So if you put that in one slot, the other one can be a Junia's Head and have no downside, if you want that. It fixes your accuracy, fixes your speed, even removes stress penalties on whatever trinket you put in the other slot. It's an item which really frees up the other tinket slot to be whatever you want. Once you have it there's litlle reason not to bring it on every run. It's often more important just to act before the DD'ed hero than to heal for another 2-3 HP anyway. The speed boost is great on a healer, too. What's not to love? I bring this nearly every time.
